What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?

3. Please do not return the item without contacting us first.
Our customer service team will get back to you promptly and work with you to find the best solution.
What if I ordered the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or I changed my mind?
Please email support@fash-cove.com and let us know the situation.
We'll try to find the best possible solution. If a return is necessary, you’ll only need to cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund if you do so within 24 hours of purchase.

Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
To ensure smooth delivery, please enter an accurate email address at checkout.
While creating an account is optional, it makes tracking your package easier.
Changes to Address or Phone Number
If you need to update your address or phone number, please contact us immediately before the order has been shipped.
Once the order has been processed, we are unable to modify the shipping information.
In that case, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order with the correct details.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm a reshipment (shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.
Tracking Issues
If you experience issues with your tracking number or package delivery, we recommend:

2. Allowing 1–4 business days for your tracking information to appear online.
