Cancellation and Exchange
1.1 Order Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your order before it is packed by sending an email to our support team.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
1.2 After Packing
Once your order has been packed, cancellation or changes are no longer possible. In this case, you must wait until the goods arrive and then return them in accordance with our return policy (see Section 2).
As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur and are beyond our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. However, you may still notify us in advance of your intent to cancel. To ensure a smooth return, please send us the dispatch confirmation of your return shipment.
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation. Refunds for lost packages will only be processed based on courier confirmation and eligibility.
1.3 Automated Processing
Please note that we operate a fully automated system. Orders are processed immediately. A refund prior to delivery is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

2.8 Completion of Cancellation
The cancellation process is complete once we receive the returned goods.
2.9 Delayed Delivery
Due to international shipping from Asia, delivery may take longer. If your order is in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for delivery and return the goods afterward.
An early refund is only possible if the goods have not been received 30 days after the order date, and we have not been able to confirm delivery.
